Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lipsticks and cosmetic products cannot be returned once delivered, unless:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product was defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shade selection
  • Products used after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
